Webhooks

Webhooks let CaseSolo send real-time events to tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, Slack, Teams, and Power Automate.

Create A Webhook

1. Go to Settings > Webhooks.
2. Choose a quick setup template or select Add Webhook.
3. Enter the endpoint URL from the receiving tool.
4. Select the events that should trigger the webhook.
5. Add a secret if the receiving tool validates HMAC signatures. If left blank, CaseSolo generates one.
6. Select Create Webhook.

Validate A Payload

Use Send Test Delivery before enabling a production workflow:

• Pick an event.
• Leave payload blank to load a CaseSolo sample payload.
• Or paste a custom JSON object.
• Select Validate Preview to confirm the payload matches the selected event and preview the signature headers.
• Select Send Test Delivery to send the payload to matching active endpoints.

Replay Failed Deliveries

Recent delivery history shows status, HTTP status code, attempts, dead-letter status, and provider response text. Failed or dead-letter deliveries can be replayed from the delivery row.

Replay writes an audit event and appends a new delivery record, so support and administrators can verify what happened later.

Signature Headers

CaseSolo sends these headers with signed webhook deliveries:

• X-CaseSolo-Signature
• X-CaseSolo-Event
• X-CaseSolo-Delivery
• X-CaseSolo-Timestamp

The signature format is sha256=<hex digest> and is generated from the JSON request body using your webhook secret.
