Integrations and Security
Integrations connect CaseSolo to tools your firm already uses. Security settings control who can connect, view, and manage those tools.
Integration Areas
Common integrations include:
- Calendar sync.
- E-signature providers.
- QuickBooks Online.
- Twilio messaging.
- Workspace sync.
- Webhooks and automation connectors.
- Court e-filing and direct ecosystem protocols.
Use the Integration Reliability Center to see whether each connector is ready, needs attention, or is blocked.
Connecting an Integration
- Open Settings.
- Choose the integration.
- Start the connect flow.
- Sign in with the provider.
- Grant the requested permissions.
- Return to CaseSolo and confirm status.
If a provider is marked preview-only, it is configured for testing but not fully ready for live use.
Security Settings
Admins should review:
- User roles and permissions.
- MFA requirements.
- Session policies.
- API keys.
- Webhook secrets.
- Integration access.
- Audit logs.
Security Best Practices
- Require MFA for admins.
- Use least-privilege roles.
- Remove users who leave the firm.
- Rotate API keys when staff or vendors change.
- Review webhook destinations.
- Reconnect integrations when provider credentials expire.
- Do not share invitation links or API keys in chat.
