Integration Reliability Center
The Integration Reliability Center helps administrators see whether connected tools are healthy before they affect cases, billing, calendar events, documents, or automations.
Open it from Integrations > Reliability. The page is available to admins in production mode.
What It Shows
- OAuth connection readiness.
- Credential expiry warnings.
- Webhook delivery failures and dead-letter counts.
- Sync backlog and failed provider actions.
- Failed jobs that show workflow fallout separately from replay backlog.
- Impacted workflows.
- Recent provider action logs.
- Suggested next steps for each connector.
- Replay queue access for connectors with replayable backlog.
How To Use It
- Review the summary cards for blocked connectors, replay backlog, sync backlog, failed jobs, and expiring credentials.
- Open any connector marked
BlockedorNeeds attention. - Follow the next-best action prompts.
- Reconnect providers with expired credentials.
- Use Open replay queue when a connector has replayable backlog.
- Review dead-lettered webhook deliveries before replaying them.
- Inspect impacted workflows before publishing or enabling additional automation.
Important Notes
- The center does not show provider tokens or webhook secrets.
- A
Preview readyconnector may be configured locally but still need live OAuth or credentialed smoke testing before production launch. - Replay actions should be performed only after confirming the receiving provider or webhook target is healthy.
- Failed jobs can indicate workflow runs that need review even when OAuth and webhook delivery look healthy.
