Calendar Sync
CaseSolo can connect your personal work calendar to Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar so case deadlines, tasks, hearings, and meetings stay aligned.
What Calendar Sync Does
- Connects with OAuth instead of asking for your calendar password.
- Keeps access alive with token refresh.
- Pushes CaseSolo calendar items to your external calendar.
- Pulls provider changes back through incremental sync.
- Watches for provider changes with push subscriptions.
- Checks for overlapping events before creating new case events.
- Builds court-hearing calendar entries from case hearing details.
Readiness States
The calendar sync readiness panel can show these states:
Needs OAuth: Connect the calendar account first.Connected Disabled: The account is connected, but sync is turned off.Ready: OAuth, token refresh, push subscription, and initial incremental sync are healthy.Attention: One or more launch requirements need action, such as reconnecting OAuth, renewing push subscriptions, or running the initial sync.
Troubleshooting
- If a calendar says
Reconnect, open Settings and reconnect the provider with OAuth. - If a calendar says
Renew push subscription, reconnect or ask an admin to run the provider renewal workflow. - If a calendar says
Run initial sync, start a sync from the calendar settings area before relying on two-way updates. - If events are missing, confirm sync is enabled and the selected calendar is the one you actively use.
CaseSolo does not show access tokens, refresh tokens, sync tokens, or provider subscription identifiers in the readiness panel.
