Integration Reliability Center

CaseSolo now has a production-visible, admin-facing Integration Reliability Center at /integrations/health with a dedicated API at /api/integrations/reliability.

Source Of Truth

• src/lib/integrations/reliability-center.ts aggregates readiness, connector health, adapter manifests, webhook delivery history, workflow impact, sync backlog, credential expiry, and provider action logs.
• src/app/api/integrations/reliability/route.ts exposes the report to ADMIN and SUPER_ADMIN users only.
• src/app/(dashboard)/integrations/health/page.tsx renders the Reliability Center UI.
• src/lib/nav/nav-config.ts and src/lib/nav/command-palette-actions.ts expose the screen to admins in production mode.

Signals Included

• OAuth readiness from buildIntegrationReadinessReport().
• Connector health from getIntegrationHealth().
• Adapter capabilities and reliability promises from src/lib/automation-adapters/.
• Webhook active endpoints, failed deliveries, dead letters, last delivery, and last HTTP status.
• Credential expiry state from connector token metadata.
• Sync backlog from connector error queues, failed provider logs, and webhook dead letters.
• Replay backlog from dead letters and failed workflow runs.
• Failed jobs as an explicit connector and report summary metric.
• Impacted workflows discovered from workflow triggers, nodes, and metadata.
• Recent provider action logs from firm-scoped Activity records.
• The Open replay queue control routes operators to the webhook replay surface for replayable backlog.

Security Notes

• The API is admin-only and firm-scoped.
• The report intentionally omits raw OAuth tokens, provider secrets, webhook secrets, and delivery payloads.
• Replay counts and the replay queue entry point are surfaced, but replay execution still stays in provider/webhook-specific admin surfaces until Command Graph policy enforcement is complete.
• The report intentionally separates failed jobs from replay backlog so operators can distinguish workflow fallout from delivery backlog.
